Learn to Crochet a Granny Square Cowl with The Pigeon’s Nest

Learn to crochet a beautiful granny square cowl with Bex of The Pigeon’s Nest, the star of the amazing Yes You Cardi-Can pattern. This is a two-part class where you will learn to make granny squares in the first class & how to crochet the edges & join them together in the second class. Returning for a second class offers you the chance to practice your new skills & troubleshoot any issues with Bex. Whether you've never held a crochet hook before or are a beginner ready to build your skills, Bex is a cheerleader to your crochet confidence, helping you to recognise that you can do it!

This class is suitable for absolute beginners to crochet or anyone who has done a beginners class & is ready to learn how to crochet granny squares & how to sew up & finish garments. You don’t need to bring anything, just your creative self to learn some new skills.

The Joy Cowl kits included in this class come in either pink or teal blue. The beautifully packaged kits, which usually retail for £25, include the pattern, crochet hook & all the yarn you’ll need to make your Joy Cowl.

Bex, nickname Pigeon, is the fibre artist, crochet designer & one-woman powerhouse behind The Pigeon’s Nest. She believes that being creative is not something held by only a few select arty people; we all are creative & her mission is to help you discover your creativity, to find the fun & make it FUNdamental in your day-to-day. Bex has been crocheting for almost a decade & sharing these abilities with her customers & students is one of her favourite things to do.
