DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

SHIPPING

 

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail and processed within 3 working days. If it is a busy period processing time may extend to 5 days. Processing times may be longer during shop closures, we will endeavour to publicise these.

We have free UK shipping for orders over £60. Just select free shipping at the checkout.

Orders up to £60 : Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4

If you have any special delivery requirements please get in touch.

Unfortunately we are not shipping outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

Please note we may split your order into multiple parcels to reduce shipping costs, if you haven't received all of your order please wait a couple of days to see if the other part arrives. Larger orders may be sent via alternative courier.

CLICK AND COLLECT

You can collect your order from our shop from Wednesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm. We're based at 117 George V Avenue, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing, BN11 5SA.

PACKAGING

​

We are aiming to be as sustainable as possible and to that end we will use re-cycled/ re-used, or recyclable packaging wherever possible, so please understand that our packaging may not be the slickest or prettiest, but we are attempting to create as little waste as possible.

RETURNS

​

If you are not completely happy with any item in your order, please return in an un-opened and saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your order, and contact us for a refund at hello@thegoodstitch.co.uk. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, when returning items.

​

We strive to give as accurate photographs and descriptions of our products as possible, but if you have extra questions about anything please do get in touch. 

​

We do not offer refunds on cut fabric, unless there is a fault with the fabric. Please contact us with photographs of the fault if possible by emailing hello@thegoodstitch.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Event tickets are non-refundable, please ensure you are able to attend before booking. Tickets are transferable, if you can't make it to an event you are free to pass on your ticket to someone else, please get in touch and let us know the change of name. If cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of ordering, we will offer a full refund. Cancellation after 48 hours will result in us trying to re-sell your ticket. If we are successful in re-selling the ticket, we will offer either a credit for the full amount towards another class or a refund of the purchase amount minus a small deduction to cover our fees (not more than 15% of the total cost). If we are unable to re-sell your ticket, we are unable to offer any refund or credit.
