Crochet Christmas Baubles with Jane Brooker

’Tis the season for Crocheted Baubles! Use up your favourite yarn scraps to make a tree’s worth of festive baubles. In this two & a half hour workshop, Jane will show you how to make the fabled magic circle, follow the pattern & change colours to make your unique design. The magic circle or magic loop is a great technique to learn for any pattern that starts with a circle, such as granny squares & amigurumi.

Bring your crochet hooks & any yarns you’d like to use. We’ll have plenty of yarns for you to use too, plus stuffing for your baubles. This workshop is suitable for beginners who have learned how to crochet the different stitches as well as more experienced crocheters.

Jane Brooker aka Hot Off The Hook is an experienced crocheter & knitter who has been sharing the joy of crochet for many years, first running classes for Worthing’s now closed Wool Bar & more recently hosting her own workshops & regular Knit & Natter groups. Jane has been inspired by ideas of repurposing surprising materials with crochet so watch this space for further workshops.
