Amigurumi Crochet Easter Bunny

Amigurumi crochet is the Japanese art of crocheting the cutest little stuffed creatures & you can learn how in this workshop to make an Easter Bunny. Jane will teach you how to start crocheting in the round with the Magic Ring & how to work tightly so you can stuff your creature, as well as how to read crochet patterns. In this 2.5 hour workshop, you’ll make the body, an ear & a foot of your Bunny & Jane will demonstrate how to finish off the details at home.

Learning these fundamentals will set you off to making any Amigurumi patterns & even making up your own.

To get the most from this workshop, you’ll already be able to crochet. All materials are provided - a crochet hook, stitch markers & enough yarn & stuffing for the Bunny, as well as the bits you’ll need for finishing the eyes & mouth. You’re welcome to bring your own DK yarn scraps too.

Jane Brooker aka Hot Off The Hook is an experienced crocheter & knitter who has been sharing the joy of crochet for many years, first running classes for Worthing’s now closed Wool Bar & more recently hosting her own workshops & a regular Knit & Natter group.
