Neon Yellow Fleece-back Sweater Knit, cotton blend. This came from a business making doggie jumpers & coats. Very soft, midweight, little stretch across the width, very fluffy on the reverse. Great for hi-vis sweaters & joggers, hats & scarves or use a small portion mixed in with other fabrics.
