Cat and Sparrow Eco-Warrior Sock

100g skeins of 400m yarn
70% Bluefaced Leicester, 30% Tencel
 
This is a strong yarn thanks to the addition of Tencel to the wool, that’s perfect for socks. It also produces a beautiful drape when woven. 
 
A blend of British Bluefaced Leicester and Tencel, the wool is sourced & spun in the UK. Tencel is a cellulose fibre that is produced in a closed-loop system, meaning all the chemicals used in manufacturing it are captured & recycled back in the system. This minimises waste & pollution in the process. 
 
Cat And Sparrow yarns are hand-dyed by Rachael on sustainable bases, in her home studio in Bristol.
